Coreo 5 Command -- PartList Creation

Coreo 5 Command -- PartList Creation

Add multiple jobs to a part list allowing the job group to be executed together.  Individual job files can be assigned to run at fixture location and/or at offset positions.  Part lists can be saved for execution later.  They also allow for partial execution.  Optionally a barcode reader may be used to scan barcodes on work orders and add files to the part list.

To use fixtures, fixture support must be enabled on the machine tool along with setup capability through the operator interface.
PartList allows assigning a unique material-thickness to each job.  Ensure that layer/tool process mappings exist so that the job layers/tools are handled appropriately.

Requirements:
  • The PartList feature must be enabled within Coreo Command
  • The user interface for the machine must support fixtures
  • Barcode reader support requires connecting a support barcode reader to the computer.

Workflow:
  1. In Coreo Command select the PartList feature
  2. Within the PartList dialog, click add job file or use barcode reader to scan a work order
  3. The execution parameters dialog will open, specify fixture and/or offset desired for job
  4. Once populated, save the PartList and/or execute it
